QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q: What motivated your team For HPVC?
A: Seeing your idea getting converted to reality is always desired by a creator, specifically engineer or engineering student. Same was with me as well as my team. We wanted to see our own product on wheels. This provided a drive to work towards the project.

Q: What were your learning outcomes through this hands-on project?
A: Technical stuff as a learning outcome is always constant for a team project like this. But, apart from this, what is equally important is to work unitedly as a team towards the same goal, which we think we did learn from this.

Q: How you people managed to have teamwork among your members who were mostly from the same year?
A: Understanding each other's views and finally converging to a particular conclusion is always desired. In the beginning, it was not that difficult as all were new to each other and were expressing their views. But as time passed, conflicts used to arise on a lot of topics, though healthy ones but had to be given right direction. At times, such difficulties were faced, especially during manufacturing. We had our seniors to guide us always. Also, on my side, I did make a lot of mistakes but at the end of the day, as we all members were from the same year, we helped each other and finally we did a fair job

Q: Any message to Our Readers?
A: There will be lots of distractions around to take you away from the goal. If you get stuck somewhere, just remember one thing, there's always someone, somewhere to help, you need to talk to people to solve matters. Have faith, try to be focused on your goal and work hard. The success may not be huge enough to some, but surely will be to you if you have worked for it.
