We are proud to partner with IIT Jodhpur in launching the state-of-the-art AI research facility - 'Center for AI Next’. The IIT Jodhpur campus will house the first DGX-2 system in India and help enable the next wave of AI research and innovation at the Institute and beyond.

IIT Jodhpur achieved a big landmark in its ongoing development by being the first Institute to develop an AI Research Facility Lab in Collaboration with NVIDIA, a leader in its field . The IIT Jodhpur campus will house the first DGX-2 system in India and help enable the next wave of AI research and innovation at the Institute and beyond. On 29th January, Mr. Vishal Dhupar, Managing Director, NVIDIA - South Asia, visited IIT Jodhpur and addressed and interacted with students and Faculties. He explained the importance of GPU in today's world which would reduce down the cost, space and power requirements by a great factor. It meets up the demand of speed rising above Moore’s law perfectly. The brief examples were very informative. He also threw some light on their other genres of work like automation and gaming. He stated that NVIDIA is working on autonomous vehicle and robot currently. NVIDIA signed an MoU with IIT-J which will benefit the students in terms Research and technical collaborations.
